very good location where is it, very good food, there are many parks near, there are spilt ac rooms, window ac rooms, non ac rooms, there also one lift, there also buffet and it is near iscon

Dear management, hotel is good and even staff too. night and afternoon food was good. If u kindly look after the taste of some things like curd rice or some other rice means, it would be a better place in all cases

I had 21 days stay in this hotel. Food is so nice. These people do not change bed sheet towel Rug, after several days they change every time they excuse by sighting laundry prblm.

This property is awesome in one word. Very reasonably priced. Location is good but one can hardly find any shop or local market in nereby area. Behavior of hotels stuffs are very good. This property is mostly used for corporate trainings. Overall I liked this property. Room amenities are up to the mark.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
