Its a decent hotel with affordable accommodation. The front end was helpful and the check in was done neat. The rooms are small and manageable, but the linens were not clean and definitely needed better cleaning and there were quite a lot of stains in the sheets. The AC and the TV work and everything else was okay. The washrooms were decent and there is hot water available. Overall its a decent hotel which is not luxurious but works out good if your looking for something very close to the central station. The station is very close to Central Railway Station, 5 mins by drive, 10mins by walk.

rooms are unclean, sheets are dirty and floors are dirty. Staff is incredibly loud and in the early mornings and late nights yelling outside the rooms. Service is poor and even though check out is at 11am they will call you and wake you up at 7am requesting you to check out. They also call late at night without even checking the room number the call came from so that you can’t get any good sleep. Unsafe environment to be a woman do not recommend at all .

My experience hmmmm how to describe it First of all i will say it's situated on the prime location. Since it's business class hotel you can expect smoke smell coming from next room to your room and your room will be filled with that smell. Second there are small cockroaches. Beds are not maintained clean,the comforters had stain in it above all the pillows were not in usable condition. They didn't put a cover to the pillows. There are so many other things i can say abt this hotel. I find this place uncomfortable. Others might have different opinions. My opinion is it is close to railway station and metro station. But not my preferred hotel in any future stays

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
