I have booked room for 2 + 1 bed. But Hotel manager provided me only 2 bed room, after lot of noise and when I demanded for refund. Hotel manager admitted their mistake and provided 2 + 1 bed room. Hotel Yog Palace room service staff is good and Hotel Yog Palace is walking distance from temple. Room are not very clean and Hotel Yog Palace not a please stay for me.

I wish i could rate the rooms 5/5 out of value prepositions, but just because of the condition of the washroom i am deducting one star. (It was not that clean as expected and they also don't have a shower. Its difficult for aged person's to bath from bucket and mug) Rooms are of decent size. We booked directly from the hotel as it was sold out in the travel sites due to the long weekend in which we visited. We got it at 2000/- per room for triple occupancy. They have ample parking space and have an inhouse restaurant also where you will get decent veg food. Its almost 10 mint walking from the mandir. We took an auto (big auto) which charged us 50 rupees for 6 persons. Its newly renovated due to which everything is in top notch at the time we visited.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. We opted for their 2+1 room which was very spacious and the amenities were great. They have parking space and their own restaurant for you to dine in. Shirdi Sai Baba temple is at a distance of 5mins of walking.

Pls get some mosquito repellent cream etc. Service is very bad, even for TV they have one or two remote in the entire hotel so if you have switched on the TV.. keep it ON, else make a call to reception. The associated Restaurant charges you anything and you have to cross check the bill. When I did it and identified that it's been over changed for my 3 consecutive bills, the manager of the restaurant said "mistake ho gaya", and that too for every bill meaning 3 times. Later he adjusted the bill but when we were about to leave, before that he was not having time to do so... Coming back to hotel washrooms are dirty, unhygienic which anyone can observe at first glance. Employees from SBI especially, pls be informed that overall experience is not as per the holiday homes generally used to be. So please be prepared...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
