The place is terrible. I will start from the pathetic behaviour of the receptionist (night shift). Not at all cooperative, we had to keep asking for basic stuff that should have been provided from his end at the first place. The services are also way too long. We asked for 2 bathrobes which came after 30-45 mins and one of the robes did not had the tie with it so we called again to get one, in return we got a wierd long cloth piece to tie to robe! (5000 rs for this service?). The food in the breakfast was not that great (not much of a variety). When we see a deal on any platform that means the property is worth more than what we are paying. Here I paid 5000+ for this room on DEAL and being very very honest the room and services were not even worth 2000. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Terrible experience!

Truly impressed by the service and behaviour of the hotel staff. The rooms are pretty neat and clean as well as sufficiently large with study tables and dining tables. Buffet is provided at an additional cost which is really enjoyable. The hotel has an inbuilt gym as well as an overhead swimming pool. I would definitely suggest staying here in case you are visiting Navi Mumbai.

Amazing experience while staying at Hotel Yogi Midtown. The overall ambience is great. The staff is very polite and helpful. Stayed there for 3 weeks and never felt anything wrong whether it is food, room service, house keeping or front desk support. Thanks for the awesome hospitality 🙂

It's a road Thane -Pune road touch Three star hotel just after Sanpada bridge is over. Food quality excellent. Varieties are excellent best place for brunch and dine. Couple friendly. Ample roadside parking available. Can see this hotel from your vehicle on the road. Mist try once. Recommended for Couples, corporate employees. Room rates and food rates are otnon higher side may be because of only good hotel in this vicinity and Highway side Hotel.

The rooms are clean but small. Surprisingly, there is no storage space or cupboard in the room and one has to literally live out of suitcase. Being near to the highway, the rooms are not very silent particularly in the night. Breakfast is just very routine. The staff is courteous but not well trained. May be suitable for a short stay of day or two.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
