Hotel overall average. The rooms are very good and specious. Service is poor. Receptions coordinators are not motivated & not prompt. Complaints are not taken seriously & taking a lot of time to attend. The hotel location is remote & away from the city. There is a lot of scope for improvement.

Overall Pathetic Hotel with pathetic service staff and food. For a room costing more than 3k there is only one plug point, that too faulty one. Breakfast buffet is a joke, Toilets are not cleaned like a shady lodge. Hotel staff is also very clever as they ask for review at their presence.

"I had a wonderful stay at YOIS Hotel! The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Fathesagar lake. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and had a great view of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The hotel's pool facilities were a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. The on-site restaurant served delicious food. Overall, I felt I got excellent value for the quality of service and accommodation. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness and safety during these times was also reassuring. I'd highly recommend YOIS Hotel to anyone visiting this city."

Room service - visited reception twice and called them 3 times to get room freshner sprayed in my room as it had cigratte smell all over. Even for getting water, had to call them multiple times. Cleanliness - room filled with cigratte smell. Breakfast and food - good.

Dirty room, bathroom condition also dirty. service to much bad, My room TV not working condition, but not resolved in short time. Hotel is also oldy. Not proper maintained. As per requirement Hot water not available. It is major issue in winter season. Swimming pool is good, but not facility for shower at pool site. Breakfast is good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
