Worst place won’t even deserve a single star. Staff’s attitude are worst. If you ask them to clean the plates they serve for food. They will express the anger in kitchen by throwing the plates out there. I saw them doing it while coming out from Rest room next to kitchen’s entrance. Bathroom was also very unhygienic. Won’t recommend anyone to go there. If you have kidney transplant patients in your troop it’s highly likely to get infections.

The rooms were not cleaned properly, the besin was clogged, the floor was dirty. The hotel staffs were as inhospitable as ever. While booking, we mentioned there were to be two guests staying and also mentioned both of our names and still then the staff didn't let my friend check in just because she wasn't the primary guest. She had to wait for 4 long hours till I came to check in. They take their customers for granted and don't really value them much. In a positive note the restaurant was quite nice and the food tasted good too. So my overall stay was below average.

Stayed for 2 Nights and 2 Days Pro: Staff Behaviour, Hotel Location which is easily accessible prefer mode of Communication Auto and Taxi. Lift. Attached Restaurant but very Pricy. Cons: Cleanliness. Room are not cleaned had to repeatedly inform to clean room. Cockroach were near the Bed and Bathroom. Wardrobe was not present in room. Overall experience was Average. Will not recommend to any one neither will I visit again.

Never book your stay at this hotel. Worst service, worst in hygiene, prepare fake and wrong bills while checkout. We stayed here with our family in July 2023 and very much disappointed with the service and billing issues they have made wrong food bill of approximate 10,000 rs and even after realizing that they didn’t refund the price difference yet even after commitment from the owner. I did multiple follow-ups and reminders from Aug 2023 till Now but they didn’t provide the refund. I am begging for my own money from them. Trust me never book this hotel otherwise you will loose your peace of mind. They are fraud and fake. Highly unsecured place to stay. They prepared bill of food outside window of our stay. Those bills include some duplicate bills some bills that we never ordered in room Service and some are old bill before our check-in date included. If you need more details I am available to share. Never hesitate to reach out to me. Next action now I am now thinking to go legal so they won’t cheat any other people again. And must be reported to consumer court for sure.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
