I recently stayed at this hotel and the experience was far from satisfactory. I paid 4000 for a room that lacked basic amenities. The absence of a fan made the room uncomfortable, and when I brought this up with the receptionist, I was told to "adjust" due to full bookings.The washroom exhaust was so loud it felt like a massive machine running constantly, creating an unpleasant atmosphere. What's worse, there was no lock on the room's gate from the inside, posing a serious security concern, especially when staying with family.I booked two rooms—one for myself and another for my parents—and the overall experience was disappointing. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone based on these significant issues. Management needs to address these concerns urgently for the well-being and safety of their guests.

Visited on weekend... they priced it very high, still picked up a room to stay with family. During midnight for a shock there were so many bed bugs on the pillows and on the bed. We couldn't vacante as it was late night. Very poor maintenance. Their response is much more shocking. In the morning, the front office guy says, this is the first time they are getting such feedback. Be careful if you are visiting with kids. Not worth spending so much on this hotel. I rate 1 star.

Worst service. We booked through oyo hotels. Booked for 3 adults and 1 kid. They had photos of 2 queen beds and booked that. But they gave us a normal room which had only one queen bed. They told they can provide and extra bed. The lady who was in reception was very rude when we asked for other rooms. She told it's completely booked. When we went upstairs, almost every room were free. I wouldn't suggest this for any family.

I have been visiting this hotel (group of hotels) on regular basis (on all my Mysore visits). It has been homely feel with the staff and my current visit had really good experience. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
