The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Staffs are humble and cooperative. Rooms are well maintained and also provide all the required facilities like heater and hot water the only thing is they should provide this facilities for more time. Food was good multiple Varieties and fast service it would be more great if would give more spicy food options. But Breakfast is okok ,may be my luck for a day but overall it was wonderful experience Hotel view is fabulous.I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the effort the staff put into making my stay enjoyable. From the delicious breakfast to the cozy bed, everything exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic experience. Can't wait to visit again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Zahgeer in Gulmarg, and it truly exceeded all my expectations. This brand-new hotel combines luxury and comfort seamlessly, offering a five-star experience in every aspect. The modern and elegant decor creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, making guests feel instantly at home. The attention to detail is impeccable, from the stylish furnishings to the state-of-the-art amenities. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, providing a perfect blend of coziness and sophistication. The breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains from the room added an extra touch of magic to my stay. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always ready to go the extra mile to ensure a memorable experience. The level of service is truly exemplary, setting a new standard for hospitality in Gulmarg.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a great view. The amenities were top-notch, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the effort the staff put into making my stay enjoyable. My stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. The hot water was unreliable, the wifi constantly failed, and the taste of the food was downright unpleasant, exacerbated by excessive salt. The room size was disproportionately small considering the exorbitant price, and to add to the disappointment, cleanliness was sorely lacking. This experience did not justify the high cost, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The constant power outages, coupled with a timer-controlled heater and geyser, made the chilly experience even more unbearable. Save yourself the trouble and explore alternative accommodations. There is no single point i would say is good in this hotel. Do not go with the uploaded photo The actual room will never match with the photo they have uploaded. Be safe and don't book this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
