        No WiFi, no TV, No fruit basket, no tea coffee sachets, no light in the room in the morning because someone forgets to switch over from genset, no shikara ride at the end even if you ask for it, no sweets after dinner ( you have to demand it), no size 10 boat slippers ( they are too small for a size 10 man), no shower cap, very cold dining room even though they started the Bukhari, no hot water to wash your hands after dinner (water was damn cold), all food gravy was the same ( add chicken or aloo or cauliflower, you have 3 dishes with same gravy), awful breakfast (poha was tasting as if it was kept in freezer and thawed, Upma was a lump, Kashmiri bread was a brick and cold) etc. I can go on and on but this was disappointing. Did we complain? It was an awful experience and we regretted booking this one. Location was ghat 7 of Nigeen lake which is at the far end.

        Extremely poor experience - one of the places with the worst hygiene that we noted in our entire 10 day Kashmir trip. From dirty water in the room water heaters, hairballs in food, absolutely stained towels, the story kept getting worse. Also at the price that they charged, it was literally of bo value. The location is quiet and nice in the beautiful Nigeen lake, but that's where the good part ends. PS: The pictures on the website and portals definitely do not reflect reality, so please consider with a pinch of salt.

        Good staff and great hospitality! Mr. Feroz and team were very helpful and responsible. They helped us with all basic necessities as we booked Naaz in the first day of our Kashmir trip and we were completely new to the place. Food was excellent 👍 Recommend 10/10.

        Stayed here for a day in Srinagar and wanted to have houseboat experience. Location is away from city crowd and other houseboats. Really enjoyed the peace. Service is great and boat itself is amazing. They just need to improve on food quality. Overall I would advice if someone wants peace, quiet and luxurious houseboat experience they should go here.

        5 stars for hospitality. 4 stars for ambience. 2 stars for food. 3.5 stars overall. We enjoyed great hospitality during our stay. Rooms were nice and spacious. Dining and entrance area have very nice wooden furniture. Feroz was a superb host.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
