The people are great here. My dad got sick while we were staying here, they were so helpful immediately rushed us to hospital. Mr salauddin was also helpful. The service was absolutely awesome. Although when we first entered room, it smelled of cigarettes and the toilet smelled the whole time. But the workers were extremely kind and helpful

I recently stayed at this hotel and unfortunately experienced very poor service throughout my visit. There was an incident where my 2-year-old accidentally spilled water on the bed from a water bottle, making the blanket wet. I promptly contacted housekeeping multiple times to have it replaced. However, despite numerous complaints, they only attended to the issue after approximately 2 hours, late into the night around 12:30 AM. Furthermore, the replacement blanket provided did not meet the standard promised during my booking. The overall service and response to the situation were quite disappointing and did not align with the expected quality for the stay.

Hotel Location and Environment is the Best, My room was a haven of comfort and style, offering stunning views of the city. The hotel's dining options were a culinary delight, with a range of delectable dishes that satisfied every craving. Quick check in , clean rooms and lovely views . In person i really loved the hotel . The staff was very polite and well mannered. Management was very good . Highly recommended . It includes all the amenities that a hotel should possess. Amazing hotel to stay in with your friends and family both. The central location made it easy to explore the city's attractions. Overall, the Howard Johnson Hotel is a regal retreat that exceeded my expectations. It's the epitome of luxury and sophistication, making it a top choice for any traveler seeking an exceptional experience.

I was there with my family from 17-20 of this month. Approach road to the hotel is not good. Very narrow road leading to the property. No clear parking lot earmarked. Staff is not very polite , at times they don't know many a things about the rooms & services. The sad thing is they don't own up their mistakes or apologize. Bathrooms are very small. There is no smart TV in the room & the TV which was there was of a old vintage. The socket for TV plug was never fit in. There is no swimming pool & gym is of very ordinary standard. So, overall it was a below average property claiming to be 4 star. Actually it is not more than a 2 star hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
