This Hotel is ideal for a business stay. The rooms are extremely clean and for sure are very well maintained. The staff is hospitable and extremely courteous. The food quality needs some work. It is not bad but not great either. It is located at about 45 mins roughly (with no major traffic) from the airport. There are no great views you would get here.

#Areas for Improvement: Breakfast: While breakfast is included, it falls short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. The limited options and unappetizing presentation detracted from the experience. Cleanliness: The hotel's overall cleanliness was disappointing. A noticeable presence of dust and dirt, along with an unpleasant odor, created an uncomfortable environment. Ambiance: The restaurant serving breakfast lacked the appropriate ambiance expected of a 4-star establishment. The atmosphere felt more akin to a local lodge canteen than a refined dining experience. Overall Impression: While the spacious room was a highlight, the disappointing breakfast, lackluster cleanliness, and underwhelming restaurant ambiance fell short of expectations for a 4-star hotel. I would hesitate to recommend Howard Johnson by Wyndham to those seeking a truly luxurious and refined experience. #Positives: Spacious room: I enjoyed the generous living space in my room, which was a welcome feature for a comfortable stay. #Recommendation: If you prioritize spacious accommodations, Howard Johnson by Wyndham may be a viable option. However, if a 4-star experience encompassing cleanliness, breakfast, and ambiance is desired, it might be wise to consider alternative accommodations.

Great place for a office trip and I always stay here due to the close proximity to Manyata tech park.. The best thing about the place is rhe location, service and good restaurant. The facilities are also quite good at the hotel. The room and the bed could be slightly better and well maintained.

Stayed here for 2 nights, 3 days in the Deluxe King Room with a pool view. Let's get the pros out of the way. The size of the room is good, it doesn't feel cramped. It's also fairly clean, but could be better. The lenin was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. Noise wasn't an issue at all, we couldn't hear anything from neighbouring rooms or from the outside despite the hotel being on a busy main road. The staff was exceptionally polite and provided great service experience, so thanks to them the stay was slightly pleasant. Now speaking of the standards, the towels and the rest of the furniture in the room was quite dirty, we stayed away from using them. There is a mini fridge in the room but no bar, you can use it to keep your own drinks cool, nothing more. A sore point of our stay was the absolute lack of hot water in the en-suite. We complained to them on both days. On the second day, we lost 4 hours of our evening because the staff kept going back and forth between our room and the control room/mains room, but even after this, there was no sign of hot water, untimely had to ask for bucket with some. Even low budget hotels get this basic amenity right. The food here is extremely disappointing. The quality and taste is poor to say the least. The restaurant area is not very clean either. After the first meal here, we ordered our food from delivery apps for the rest of our stay. I wouldn't pick this hotel to stay again. It's not worth the price they're charging. When booking a star hotel, you expect better, this place doesn't match up to that.

We wanted to try their buffet. We were ill treated, they did not allow us to sit as per our choice, they told us to sit as per their choice, however we saw others sitting in that area. We felt they were biased. We checked the menu and walked out. Their buffet was expensive, and there were not many options or varieties. 2 stars for the ambiance and location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
