So we came here as part of a wedding. The property is simple but some of basic services which you will expect from such a property is not available. They just have 2 umbrellas☔ for 90 rooms + they issue only one card key per room. They could do a better job. Update: No major change in the above approach. Raising to 3 stars as rooms were clean and quite spacious.

We had a great experience here. The rooms were clean, lounge area is neat too. Food quality amd service at their Restaurant was decent too. We took buffet dinner and breakfast every time and found the cost and food satisfactory.

We made a booking with Howard Johnson for a dinner party specifically with the condition that we would visit your place only if you were making the arrangements at the rooftop by the poolside to which they agreed but when we reached there the rooftop was under a blackout and when we contacted the Manager, he informed us that their rooftop area is not operational and that we never precisely asked for the rooftop seating. We explained to them a zillion times that if we did not make any booking then why would we visit your hotel and directly go to the rooftop but it was a vain attempt and we had to instantly change our venue. This review is not for their food or hospitality but for the way, they declined the service despite making a commitment and wasting our time. You guys need to have more transparency when you are taking reservations beforehand as the customers have to suffer because of your incompetence.

A modern hotel with great service. Though it is located in outskirts of Udaipur, it is located in a peaceful area. Udaipur being a small place you can reach almost all places in 15 minutes. It is a new property. The room is modern, spacious, the bed is comfortable and decor is tastefully done. Breakfast was included in our package. There was ample variety, food was tasty, and service fast. Overall an excellent experience. Will definitely stay here again.

Excellent service everywhere in Hotel by every staff . Good quality foods , cakes , softdrinks , at breakfast, lunch and dinner spacious rooms . Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
