We had visited this place recently. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was very courteous and friendly. The ambience is very good and the food was amazing. It's very close to the airport as compared to other places. Overall a great place. ( Specially thanks Mrs Priya Singh)

Hotel is not worth the price. TV speaker and hand shower were not working in the room, and there is huge issue with their wifi connection. Their spa team will call you everyday on your room telecom asking if you need the service, causing a lot of disturbance in work calls.Breakfast was also not that great, the menu was more or less same everyday. Reception team also created trouble during my checkout even after getting the confirmation from the head. I mentioned multiple times that I had a bus to catch, but they didn't let me go on time and I almost missed the bus because of them

It's located in the heart of Indore, a good hotel for a stay. There are normal rooms as well as deluxe rooms available. Service is great and when travelling to Indore during vacations it's advisable to book before hand. All top locations of Indore are very close by from Sarovar portico.

My stay was very nice. Front desk Priya helped me a lot and explained me very well about one thing. I like Priya's fragrance very much. It was a very nice experience to stay in this beautiful property. Will recommend everyone if going to indore. Many many thanks to Ms. Priya Stay was very good. And staff behaviour is very good . Tasteless food, rude service & advised me to order from swiggy. Same breakfast everyday. Dinner was stale . Vat charged on canned/ bottled food & drinks. Worst part... Manager never available in shift and GM ( Neeraj ) never bother to come on the phone to even listen to the problems..forget the solution. Not sure Y they call it 4 star.. Not recommended at all.. rather stay in a 2 star where atleast you will get value for money.. Abd mark my words ...After reading this the GM Will copy paste some response from.the past..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
