Very Nice hotel in Candolim area. I had a wonderful time with my family here. Breakfast spread is amazing with loads of options but felt some north Indian delicacies were bit off the mark. Staff hospitality is good but can be bit more better being a 5 Star hotel. I felt most of them were new comers and during non peak hours they were less responsive. But overall thanks to entire team for a wonderful stay.

There is robotic service at Hyatt Candolim, except for few nice people in restaurant. I felt robots work there. Kindly don’t expect any service from them. Though I ll go to Goa again, Goa is amazing place. But ll never stay at Hyatt Goa. I can share my experience in details but that ll be long story. Yaar when there are plenty of amazing places in Goa, why you want to risk your trip.

Overall good hotel! Location is little far from the main Candolim beach, but that is what I liked personally as we could walk to the quiet part of the beach through little alleyways. Staff are really nice and friendly. Breakfast spread could be bit better and they could include more oriental dishes as it gets boring after a day or 2 at the buffet!

I am extremely sorry, but I am not sure how I accidentally left a 1-star rating for this hotel. This is one of the best hotels I have ever visited and the hospitality here is always top notch. I am a frequent traveller to Goa and have stayed at this hotel more than 4 times in the last 6 years and I only stay here whenever I visit Candolim. The rooms are splendid and very well-maintained, clean bathrooms, refreshing swimming pool and I just love the breakfast options available here. Once again, apologies if my accidental low rating has anyhow affected your business. I have now changed it to a 5-star rating, which this hotel absolutely deserves. Thank you very much for your hospitality. I will be visiting again soon.

its one of the best and price affordable option into candolim. The beach is just 5 min. walk and other than that the rest is amazing. You can have a delicious breakfast and food from the restaurant. overall service staff is helpful. stay is comfortable and you can relax there. Other facilities are also great at the hotel. you can enjoy your vacation. Overall area is less crowded so you can enjoy the most. strongly recommending the stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
