Rooms are ok. 1 good thing about the room is they are equipped with sofa cum bed. So if you are in large group in separate rooms, you can easily sit in single room. However, the images show bath tub but there is none in the room as we had 4 rooms. The service is very poor, even if you ask for cutlery, they take 30 mins and 3-4 calls to deliver it once. We asked for an extra blanket for children, but surprisingly they denied that they don't have any extra blankets and have only 1 for each room. Breakfast spread is small and not tasty. They take very high time to bring any food from live counter. Never visiting this place again.

The good: the shuttle to Leela Ambiance is a great thing. Rooms are spacious and bright. Views are ok. The bad: the food here is really bad. The breakfast spread while high on diversity was very low on taste. Customer service at the front desk is immensely forgettable. Only one counter was active, there was no line and the person at the counter took forever. And...they dont accept UPI payments. Can you beat that? Looks like a place out of the early cretaceous. Hope to never return.

A wonderful hotel with very clean and spacious rooms. Nice and friendly staff. Close to the airport, about 25 min by car. Unfortunately, the freshly cooked food which you order during the breakfast took too long to receive, didn't receive the toast in 30 minutes and then had to leave for the airport.

Service is extremely bad. Asked for a taxi for 5 people and luggage, which was arranged for ₹ 3000, though the normal price for a 15 min cab ride to the airport should be about 500-600 rupees. The hotel staff ensured us the cab would be big enough for the people and the luggage, we even specifically requested a VAN. Coming down we realised the hotel had booked a small car and forced us to pay for another cab, for ₹ 2000 and they added another 18% taxes to that. As if the taxes weren’t already more than paid from the rs. 5000… Spoiler alert: the Indian taxes are not that high. The food was extremely bad and upon telling the waiter my brother-in-law threw up from it, the staff’s response was: “you’re welcome”. Hotel has got no regard for customer service and only wants to trick tourists into paying hefty sums that are ten times the normal price. I did not expect this kind of service from a chain with a name like Hyatt…

Staff is very courteous and professional, Loved how everyone was working hard to please the guests and work towards solving issues as this hotel has got many issues to resolve. The property is kinda old and outdated as it's really old and has a look of buisness hotel rather than a luxurious one other than that it lacks restaurants as there is only one in whole hotel. Amenities are plenty and everything's fine with the rooms and the breakfast buffet was also good. Ms. Anchal was very helpful, she was throughly professional and handled our issues really well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
