My brother’s wedding was done at this hotel, and it was probably the best decision. We had wonderful experience on all days. It was mainly because of the staff that went above and beyond to take care of all our small and big needs regardless of the time. Our relatives and friends enjoyed a lot. It is definitely value for money. It is with full confidence I can say that #ShaadiKaroHyattMein 🌸💫

When we first checked into our room, there were stains all over the pillows and blanket, as well as a mouldy fridge. We were then moved into a different room on a higher floor where everything was fine. The staff is very friendly, but it’s quite annoying that there is limited seating for breakfast which resulted in people having to wait quite some time. The issues we experienced were mostly out of the staff’s control. Overall okay experience but not sure if we would come back.

Overall great food and service of staff but two individual staff asked us to move from our seats repeatedly during breakfast even though there were plenty of seats. Also, we were playing cards with the kids and they asked us to stop playing and move as well but the front desk had a card games for guests. Later we figured out that an individual staff had a religious bias against it.

I had a horrible experience staying at this hotel, we weren’t able to sleep for two nights whilst staying on level 8. Above us is the bar, and it was very noisy, they were dragging chairs and tables for over 7 hours. We called reception all night, and were told there was no one there. We went up and looked, and there was people doing the exact thing we heard. Not worth staying.

A fantastic property with extremely comfortable rooms that are spacious and great value. The service is extraordinary with very friendly staff who go out of their way to make the stay comfortable. The food is delicious. Strongly recommended.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
