The most pathetic and rude hotel staff at FRONT OFFICE.(Sohail and Vithal, they claim to me Manager and act like they own the place and don’t care of guest) Other staff, is very nice and hospitable. I’m not going to come this property again. Also, If I see these people in any other Hyatt Hotel, I’ll not stay in that Hyatt ever.

Stayed at this hotel for a couple of days for a function. The rooms on the 6 th floor were real good with a small little sitting place outside. Very well maintained. Prompt services. Have a small suggestion. The pool side should not have a full fledged restaurant by the name of sweety's Dhaba. It spoils the ambiance of the pool side completely. Prior night function's snacks and chips are seen floating when you swim in the morning. The gas cylinders & drums of water for washing dishes and cats moving to find food spoils the mood completely. A complete uplift of this is required

This is the most latest five star property in Vadodara. I've been a frequent guest here. Overall experience is good (but not that woww). Service is little slow (housekeeping, dining, etc) but staff is polite. Location is little off but well approachable. Room size is good, amenities are good. Breakfast spread need to be expanded (if one stays consecutively for eg. 2-3 days, lot of repetition could be witnessed with nothing new, they just replace one or two items, rest would be repeated everyday, which I didn't find good). Spread of beverages and drinks in breakfast need to be expanded particularly. Ambience is nice. Location is good for shopping and food (Pantaloons, Jockey, McD, etc are just downstairs). Nearby restaurants are also very good (POCA, Marich, etc. are good highly end restaurants just 100-200 mtrs away). Overall 4/5.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
