We had a great experience at this luxurious hotel. The ambiance is extremely beautiful . We loved the traditional folk live music ! The food was excellent ! The hotel staff is very helpful . There is nothing that will disappoint you here . I would love to visit again and again . How would I not mention the amazing service offered by the cab driver Mr paravesh gurjar ? He is a very honest helpful gentleman . He took the best care of us while our stay here. He gave us the best suggestions while touring . He is very dedicated to his job and always very respectful to the guests . I would surely recommend him. I wish him all the best . Loved everything about Hyatt at Jaipur !

Our family had a fantastic stay at the Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar. The hotel's elegant decor and spacious rooms impressed us. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The dining options were diverse and delicious. The kids loved the pool, and we appreciated the beautiful gardens. Overall, a memorable family visit, and we look forward to returning soon. Highly recommended!

Excellent property, it's grand, slick, elegant, royal and most importantly clean & well maintained. Adorned with gardens, water bodies, and the traditional Rajasthani royal architecture, the hotel is very tastefully designed and made. The hospitality was professional and warm. And yes, the food was excellent too. Would definitely love to be back.

Don’t fool by American brand name; Hotel’s customer service is below average and not 5 star. The manager does not listen to customers’ complaints instead try to blame them. They will try to rip you off with extra charges thinking you are not local and foreigners. Do yourself a favor and find better hotel and spend your money elsewhere. Their laundry charge for a small laundry is around Rs. 10,000 - seriously? that is a rip off and there is no display or disclosure of these charges anywhere in the hotel or their website.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
