The property is great. Their heated indoor pool is excellent, and so are their sauna and steam facilities. We had taken a 2 bedroom apartment which was quite spacious and well maintained. We had a problem with our booking where the hotel agent quoted a different rate than what he entered in the system - took us more than an hour to get it sorted. If you are booking through Hyatt directly, make sure to get a quotation on email and check it before giving them your credit card details.

Went to Hyatt Regency Pune for lunch buffet today with my team of 20 folks, must say the food is awesome and they have a huge spread to pamper your taste buds.Restaurant manager Hemant, made sure that he personally remain available to handle our table and kept asking everyone if we need something on the table from buffet menu or live counters. Thank you for fantastic service, keep up the good work :)

One of the worst customer care service. Have been trying over 2 hours to contact the hotel at their official number, and no one responds. The chat redirects to an executive outside India who has no idea about the local situation. A property like Hyatt has only 1 contact number and that too goes without response!! This is pathetic and unacceptable. Are you not interested in business or customers even before they have not made the booking? What kind of service are we to expect if we were to visit the property? Not sure if I'll get a response even after this review.

I got the privilege to stay here for 15 days. The staff is very friendly, the food is amazing. The ambience is also amazing. The location is also perfect, there are so many amazing cafes to explore nearby. I did not face any inconvenience while staying here, the staff was very helpful and eager to provide help for all my needs. The food was also great. Breakfast being my favourite meal of the day. Had a great time staying here!

Very friendly staff, good hotel. Rooms were well maintained and spacious and comfortable. Only complaints are that the sheets and duvet cover were covered in fabric pills, and was a bit uncomfortable. Also, the soundproofing of the rooms were poor - could hear every vehicle going past on the road and also people in the corridor.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
