Very comfortable stay at this property of 2 nights and 3 days. The rooms are spacious, super clean, bathrooms are fantastic, staff goes out of their way to accommodate you in every way. A word as well about their amazing breakfast buffet. They have a great selection to satisfy all your morning cravings and is a great way to start your day. Highly recommended.

Went for buffet dinner at Malabar cafe. They claim 200+ items which include even edible seeds. Starters were good.. Para kaanthari was awesome. Main course were not up to the expectations. Different flavors of the same item were not so appealing in dessert section.. Nothing stand out in the dishes I have tried from dessert section ..overall experience is just OK..

I recently had the pleasure of of staying at the Hyatt Regency Trivandrum, and it exceeded my expectations. The ambience was good, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The service was excellent, with helpful and very pleasant staff attending to every need with a kind and warm smile. The room design and facilities were very good, ensuring a comfortable stay. The breakfast and other meals we had at their Malabar Cafe was exceptional. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it easy to access the city's places of interest. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

Beautiful hotel, friendly and supportive staff, big spacious rooms. The spa was a great experience and relaxing. Breakfast is decently priced with the buffet and has a good selection. The Hyatt made my stay and first time in india comfortable and relaxing. Some staff recognition, although all were accommodating: Front desk staff from Arun, Ritvika, and Rahul helped find some lost and found items and always greeted us with a smile. The entire team behind them was efficient and caring. Aswathy from the Regency lobby lounge was very personable and friendly, made getting a morning masala a great experience. Abin from bell was so efficient that I didn't have to lift a finger. Luggage delivery was seemless. The only issue I faced was with system interfacing between the ops and restaurant systems. As I wasn't the primary name on the booking (was an accompany not share), so when I attempted to charge breakfast to my room I was rejected and forced to pay cash. Just a bit more understanding or cross departmental communication would have made it the perfect stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
