        The ambiance is good, food is up to the mark but what stands out is the hospitable staff. Here will like to mention Mr Ashvin (in the buffet service ) he is extremely courteous and genuinely helpful. I was amazed to see the level of courteousness he had, which is difficult to get nowadays. Thank you !

        Hotel is good. Great location. Reception staffs are excellent and very helpful. Food is good and upto mark. Restaurant is good . Buffet breakfast is excellent. Only problem I encountered is very slow service of in room dining. The kitchen staffs are non attentive and they will bring food which u have not ordered Seems there is water shortage. Adequate water is not provided timely. U have to ring multiple times for any in.room servicing like housekeeping or dining. Overall satisfactory and 4 star is being rated.

        The disabled toilet near the reception should be well maintained and clean with no shortage of nappies. And please pay attention to the coffee as the first coffee in the morning should always be good. My best wishes to the reception staff for further success in their work.

        I personally liked the positive vibe of Ashvin from the F&B department. He was very approachable and very energetic throughout the day. I would really appreciate his effort to make our stay better. Better experience than before. I was really nice. Very friendly attitude. Really appreciate the behaviour.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform.           User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
