The place was decent and clean. But the owner doesn’t know how to treat their guests. The owner is very rude and doesn’t know what good hospitality is. The place is not worth the money paid and they also have very weird policies which they disclosed to us after we paid. He literally called us at 4am and asked us to vacate the property without thinking that there are girls. That too he called a female friend at 4am and just asked her to vacate the property because he said we were loud but we were never asked to be quiet before that. And then also he expected us to mop the floors for him. And in the morning also he asked us for 20k because we made noise. He was just trying to find ways to extort money from us for his pathetic behaviour. All in all the owner is very rude and buzz killer and won’t let you enjoy the stay there and will make it worse for you

Wonderful and comfortable stay @HydeWest Gurgaon.....this is a wonderful and amazingly maintained small property away from hustle and bustle of the city. Well designed and crafted rooms, making the stay awesome and comfortable. Thanks to Ankit & his team for extending warm welcome and making all things possible in quick response to our needs. Warm and fresh breakfast, though they presently have limited options, but whatever is available, is worthwhile and enough to go with. I fully and truly enjoyed my stay there and looks forward visiting again with recommending everyone out here to try it once.

We stayed after a late night at client place, but we enjoyed it well, rooms are nicely packed with everything required for its purpose, silent environment making it more pleasant and comfortable. Preferred destination to stay in GGN.....Thanks for pleasant experience and prompt service.

There isn’t any option to give a 0 star review or I would’ve selected that. My mother and we were staying here, while the stay was supposed to be for a week we just rushed out after 2 days. The owner is a heartless fellow! We were scared not in the right set of mind and but this guy was like you can’t have visitors and the visitors were me and my brother. He wanted to just capitalise and earn money out of us. Took all the money cut visiting charges and didn’t give back us money that was exactly owed to us. Medical travellers beware do not go here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
