⭐⭐⭐⭐ star. Pro: Rooms are decent. The staff are polite and eager to help you with your queries. Rooms are priced reasonably. The buffet at the hotel's restaurant is good. The hotel is located at the very heart of the city, so nearby to most of the places. Cons: The rooms are good but I wish that the bathrooms are slightly bigger. The shower area is a capsule type so it's a bit tight for a big fella like me. Although the location is good. There are no good local eateries nearby if you want to try something different other than the in-house buffet. The reason you will feel the need to try something other than the buffet is may be due to the menu being repetitive. But I personally liked the chef (I forgot his name) who went to each and everyone to inquire about the food and he took the criticism in a good way. Overall: A ⭐⭐⭐⭐ star stay at the city centre for your personal and business trip.

The rooms are a bit small especially twin sharing. Very cramped space. But staff very hospitable and caring and friendly. The breakfast menu needs a change especially for bakery items. If u had an in house bakery it would be wonderful. The rooms are clean and good, all the same.

Nice stay. The hospitality and the reception was good. Mr.Prakash in the reception took good care and greeted well and helped me get a suitable room which I preferred. Good food. Rooms are very compact which suits only for business trips and not for family trios. Overall a good hotel for business trips.

The rooms are small but functional. The lighting can be improved, as the rooms are dimly lit. The hotel is well placed in a prominent and easily accessible location. The breakfast spread is good, tasty and filling. On one of my previous stays they had arranged some snacks for me on an immediate short notice. The staff, right from the receptionist to the valet are extremely helpful and polite.

Worst experience I've ever had at a >3 star hotel at Bangalore. Food was the worst. Every other hotel I've been to had more options than this one. That would have been okay if the limited options tasted good. But even street vendors will serve better food. I don't know how someone can mess up simplest dishes like idly, tomato rice etc. I stayed here on my office's expense and still regret every minute of staying here. There were mosquitoes as well and after coming back I have Malaria now. The only good thing is the people were polite.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
