Excellent place with a central location. Rooms are nice, staff cooperative, nice place to stay. Though I didn't get early check in and had to wait for nearly 5 hours in lobby, I guess I could give them the benefit of doubt that they couldn't accommodate a room. Safe as a solo female traveller.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Ibis Chennai, and the experience left me thoroughly impressed. Situated at the heart of the bustling city, the hotel's strategic location is a mere 10 minutes away from T Nagar and a convenient 20-minute drive from The Chennai International Airport. Upon my arrival, the warmth and professionalism of the hotel reception staff immediately set a positive tone for my stay. They were not only friendly but also exceptionally helpful, providing valuable information about local attractions and transportation options. One of the standout features of Hotel Ibis Chennai is its diverse dining options. The on-site restaurants offer a tempting array of local Indian vegetarian and non-vegetarian delicacies. Additionally, Western dishes are also available. My room, designed for two occupants, was impressively spacious with a functional working desk. The cleanliness of the room was noteworthy. The hotel's dedication to maintaining high standards in both service and amenities truly stood out. From the moment I checked in to the moment I departed, I felt well taken care of. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel Ibis Chennai to travellers seeking a comfortable and well-located accommodation in the city. My stay at Hotel Ibis Chennai was nothing short of excellent, and I look forward to returning on my next visit to Chennai.

My stay here was no less than a comforting experience. First of all due to long trip, was feeling nauseous to which they quickly sent the lemons to make lemon water. Then the housekeeping service responded immediately to a hand towel request. Breakfast buffet in the morning was yumm and was assisted very well by Mahmooth in their restaurant. And last but not the least, they have a decent gym in case anyone doesn’t want to miss out on due to travelling schedules. Overall, would recommend this place for a comforting business travel.

Stayed here for a couple of days during a business visit. The location is quite central to the city. The breakfast was great and they had a variety of South Indian options. The service was also good. But the rooms need some maintenance. Especially the showers are not as per standards. The mini fridge provided was not working. The overall linen and room cleanliness can be improved. Also, they would not provide a consolidated hotel and restaurant bill for some reason. When I was checking out, the lady at the reception desk asked me 'how was my stay', but when I provided my feedback there are no response, in that case why ask for feedback.

Great location for this hotel. Amazing staff and very helpful in accommodating guests and their requests. Breakfast spread is amazing. With a video variety of options for all types of cuisines. Made to order breakfast is also an option. Rooms are in very good condition. Special thanks to Poovarasan for making our stay pleasant!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
