I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service provided during my stay. Basic services, such as assistance with transferring luggage to our room, were lacking, and we had to handle it ourselves. Additionally, amenities like bottle openers and ice were not readily available. When we inquired about these issues, the staff justified it by stating that it's a budget hotel, despite the fact that we paid over 5,000 rupees. The most frustrating part of our experience was when we needed tea at 6 in the morning due to work commitments. However, we were told that we couldn't get it until 7:30 because they were preparing a buffet. As our office obligations began at 6 am, we had no choice but to order from an external source. Overall, our stay was characterized by poor service and a lack of essential amenities. I would not recommend this hotel to others based on my disappointing experience. Experienced on : 21/12/2023

Satisfied Stay Good food. Front desk service available 24/7. Hot water not available 24/7. It's cold for a late evening shower, and cold even at 10 am in the morning. No proper labeling of veg and non veg food. Food with eggs where labels as vegetarian and the ones without eggs was labelled as non vegetarian.

Booked the services for my kid's birthday and it was good... The Chef took care of the buffet personally and his presence was always there... The service and the booking experience was also top notch... Would recommend to everyone...

I stayed at the hotel for a night and I have to say - worst experience ever! I've stayed at 2 star hotels with better service than here. The staff couldn't provide us with basic things like cutlery and plates up to the room when asked. I've never experienced being told to go get things myself. We weren't offered the basic service of getting our luggage taken to our room either. Will not be visiting again.

The room service is good. Food service were nice and lot of options during breakfast time. Rabi and Anu served well. The stay is pleasant. The cleaning personnel (Kartik and Manisha) were polite and nice. I recommend this hotel. All the staffs were nice and treat us well.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
