Major disappointment on 2 points 1. Chef does know how to bring authentic taste to food, specially south Indian food. Also, food was half baked many times. 2. As weather was cold, blur (or hot ac mode) was on. Good. But this do not suite to me. I felt suffocation. Requested hotel staff to ensure cool mode at 23 degree as I am asthmatic & can't bear hot temperature. Wake up after suffocation ask them to change mode was every night matter. How to get good sleep after day long working.

Don’t trust all of the reviews. Here is an honest review. Pros and cons: Cons: - One of the receptionists asked me for my phone and then he proceeded to try and leave a review on my phone for his hotel. This was outrageous to me. This demonstrated a severe lack of integrity and professionalism and made me lose trust in the hotel. Because of this I will not ever be coming back. (This also made me distrust the other reviews that are on this page - especially the ones that name one of the members of staff here!) Be careful. - The showers took between 10-15 minutes to become hot. Pros: - Good location. - Good food. - They booked a taxi for me to go to the airport.

The hotel is at a great location with easy access to metro, 24 hr convience store and few fast food chains along with few local vendors. The stay was good, where the rooms are clean and good for short business stays. Great customer service (Shankar was helpful in getting my cab sorted and also making it a smooth check out), staff were very polite and attend to your needs.

Ibis is a very good 4 star hotel compared to other brands in the catagory. Location is premium and easily accessible - on golf course road and near metro station. Rooms are clean, service is quick and room space is also decent. On down side, food price is on higher side. A tea is for Rs 250! Tv channels were kind of useless, not many options available. Also, bathroom space is limited but looking at price this is justifiable.

I'm impressed by Restaurant Service. Staff is professional special mention Jyoti and Kiran from spice it restaurant. It's always feel welcomed here. Bar Service is great too I love the family ambiance , cocktail made by Sachin is mind blowing.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
