Such a badly run hotel they don’t even care to check if the shower get has been replaced. The front office staff is so discourteous it doesn’t look like they went to hospitality school. They’ll give you a free drink coupon and tell you sorry the bar is closed. It would be a much better idea to stay in one of the hotels next door, such as the lovely Orchid, for the same price or less.

Full compliments to Ms. Raziya on the housekeeping front. She has been cleaning my room daily for almost 10 days now and the room has always been spotless clean. Each day the sheets are fresh and clean and the room is tidy and dust free. More importantly, she does this all with a smile. Kudos to her work ethic!

The hotel is clean and welcoming. Check in and Check out process were smooth. Rooms are small and so do the washrooms. The design of the rooms suits for business travels and may not be for who are under leisure trip. Though small, rooms are neat with reasonable amenities. Housekeeping division can provide some basic toiletries without request. Had breakfast from the restaurant situated in the ground floor. Food was tasty and spread was decent. Real appreciation for the Chef. Main advantage is the proximity to the domestic airport.

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Ibi Airport Mumbai. My expensive AirPods mysteriously vanished from my room during my stay. I discovered that my AirPods, which I had left charging on the bedside table, had disappeared into thin air. Naturally, I immediately contacted the front desk to report the theft, only to be met with indifference and incompetence. The staff seemed more concerned with brushing off my complaint than actually assisting me in any meaningful way. I even shared the last location with them. It's bad enough to have your belongings stolen, but the fact that it happened within the supposedly secure confines of a hotel room is utterly unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I demanded to speak with a manager about the incident, I was met with nothing but excuses. It's abundantly clear that customer satisfaction is not a concern for this establishment, and they have no qualms about allowing theft to occur under their roof. In conclusion, unless you have fondness for a penchant for having your valuables pilfered, I would strongly advise against staying at Ibis. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere, where your belongings will actually be safe from sticky-fingered thieves masquerading as hotel staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
