Have used their Party Hall, restaurant and rooms. Very happy with the service and the amenities. We booked party hall for baby shower function and arranged food also with them. They have ready packages as well. Food and arrangements were awesome and to our expectation. They included few items in the menu as per our request too. Rooms were neat and spacious as well. Connectivity is also good. Overall would recommend to others.

I recently hosted a birthday party at Bhagini Residency Banquet Hall, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The venue itself is spacious and beautifully decorated, creating the perfect ambiance for a celebration. The staff was incredibly attentive and accommodating, ensuring that every detail of the event was taken care of. The food served was delicious, with a wide variety of options to cater to all tastes. From appetizers to the main course and desserts, every dish was a culinary delight. The service was prompt and efficient, and they made sure everyone's needs were met. The banquet hall was well-equipped and spacious, providing ample room for our guests to enjoy the party comfortably. The management was professional and helped with the setup, making the whole event seamless and stress-free. I would highly recommend Bhagini Residency Banquet Hall and Restaurant for any special occasion. They truly know how to make an event memorable, and their dedication to customer satisfaction is commendable. I had hosted birthday party for my kids. It was overall an awesome experience. Hospitality, food quality n taste, service, hall, location of hall everything was top notch. Ramarao (manager) - assisted us from reservation till the end of the party. He has been very helpful. Best part all the guests just loved the food quality and taste of both veg and non veg items. Would definitely recommend.

Celebrated my daughter’s second birthday today and it was absolutely amazing and beautiful. Banquet manager Ramanna, his team and also chef ventakesh are absolute awesome and easy going staff. Food was very tasty and finger licking good. Hygienic and clean hall. An absolute yes for future events.

We conducted a function at the party hall. It was great service by the management team. The price was competitive with other such properties. The banquet manager Mr. Venkat Ramana was so helpful and courteous. He arranged everything on time and supervised the event till we packed up. Strongly recommend.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
