We attended a birthday party. All arrangements were done nicely. Starters and food options were great. Staffs were prompt and kept the party going properly. Enough parking space but very tricky and congested basement parking lot. You need to be careful while going in or out.

This hotel is good for tech-savvy travelers like me, being conveniently close to tech parks. The rooms were spotless, and the affordability of their delectable cuisine was a pleasant surprise. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional staff, always eager to make my stay enjoyable. Great place if you are on a working/business trip and visiting offices located at embassy tech park. Walking distance to almost all IT giants in that area. Clean hotel and nice rooms. Good service. Food is good as well.

Hotel is mentioned 4 star but it's feel like budget hotel only. You need to carry your baggage yourself to rooms. My room was opened and cleaned when i was in breakfast. I didn't hang the clean my room card to the door. It feel unsafe. Breakfast buffet have limited options, tea and coffee served not hot. Best part is roof top and food price. Gym is useless 😪

We had a fantastic experience with the hotel. I was looking for a place to host my toddler’s second birthday party. I went to this place after reading all the great reviews. Nidhi helped me to plan the party at the banquet hall, also provided references for design and photography. We also got a complimentary room. The arrangement was very neat, food was delicious and all our guests highly appreciated the event. Thank you team.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
