We stayed 5 nights in Ikraam Inn. Highly recommended place to stay in Srinagar. Very professional and friendly hosts and staff. Room and washroom are well maintained and clean. There were never any delay in room service. Breakfast was really good. Laundry service is available on request. The host is very friendly and guided us to plan our travel around Kashmir.

The stay at Ikraam Inn was an amazing experience. It's a very well maintained property with spacious and clean rooms, having all the necessary amenities like heating system, kettles etc. The owner of the hotel, Mr. Ilham is a fantastic host who is available always for all sort of help during the trip and also facilitates any sort of local help needed in terms of site seeing, food etc. The family members also are real nice people who are always there to help the guests with whatever they need. Food is another plus point in this hotel; they serve home cooked food as per order, and that is really of good quality. Further when some of us fell ill due to the hectic trip, they ensured that we were served with very light and healthy food as per our needs. Location wise, the property is at Rajbagj area, providing a vantage point to the tourists to easily access all the local site seeing places in Srinagar. For anybody travelling to Srinagar, Ikraam Inn is a definite recommendation for a budget friendly, comfortable and safe stay.

Our stay at Ikraam Inn was fantastic. We used to have breakfast and dinner the time when we were there.They serve home cooked food which is delicious as i said with a home touch. Kahava is too good. Heater was good. Mr. Ilham and his family is very good and helpful in arranging and guiding. Mr.Ilham and his family is well educated family and quite co-ordinating and sharing their experiences with guest which was really very warm for us. My father was feeling lot cold because of weather change but Mr.Ilham and Mr.Muneer the driver were quick to help on medicine and arrangements. Highlights: Staff is very good in perspective of help and arrangments. Driver provided was Mr.Muneer Mattoo very nice and kind person. Infact he showed us all location (Pahalgam,Sonmarg and Gulmarg) and guided with the local services at each tourist destination how can we bargain what can we buy and also what can we avoid at tourist destination. He is really a gem of a person. I would say you can opt to Mr.Ilham for Mr.Muneer as driver as he is very good and generous and family person. Mr.Muneer added to our vacation a very happy and a special moment to our Kashmir Trip. He treated us like his own family. I would definetly recommend Ikraam Inn for the family environment.

Ikraam Inn fell far short of expectations. The owners displayed a shocking lack of professionalism and respect for their guests. During our stay, we encountered numerous issues that marred our experience. First and foremost, the proprietors seemed corrupt and dishonest. One individual handled everything, and if he happened to be unavailable, you were left waiting indefinitely for a response. This is a severe breach of professionalism. His demeanor was consistently rude and even aggressive. He went so far as to threaten physical violence against one of our friends during a confrontation, which is absolutely unacceptable. His disrespectful behavior extended to all guests, regardless of gender. Moreover, the basic amenities one would expect during a hotel stay were severely lacking. The absence of hot water in the bathrooms is inexcusable, especially in a region as chilly as Kashmir, even more so in October. Electric kettles, essential for providing comfort, were also non-functional. Adding to our frustration, the owner arbitrarily controlled the lights and internet connection, leaving us at his mercy. This disregard for our needs and comfort is completely unacceptable. To top it off, they even refused to serve breakfast, which was included in our package, without considering the fact that we were traveling with children. This level of insensitivity is astonishing. The entire experience was so dreadful that we couldn't bear to stay any longer. We chose to leave after just one day, and even then, the owner demanded a hefty extra payment. This kind of exploitation is disgraceful and tarnishes the reputation of the hospitality industry. In conclusion, I strongly advise against staying at Ikraam Inn. It is a place marred by unprofessionalism, disrespect, and a shocking lack of essential services. Your stay there is likely to be nothing short of a nightmare.

Patheticly horrible is the word to describe our stay 2 days ago.Such a bad experience ruins the amazing memories of Kashmir.We were there for 8 days and yet no other places were a problem. The owners here were corrupted and cheaters.A man handled everything and if he wasn't available you've have to wait till he is back for your answer which is highly unprofessional.He was rude, aggressive and communal.He threatened to raise his hand on my friend when we only ladies went there to reason out with him.He was disrespectful to all women and men alike.We were with a group with children.There was no hot water in the bathrooms. Electric kettles were not working and this was in October end when it's cold there.He kept switching off the lights and net connection as per his will.He refused to serve us breakfast which was included in our package without an ounce of consideration that we were traveling with kids.Over all it was such a horrible experience that we couldn't bear to stay at the place .So we decided to leave in 1 day rather than 2 to which he didn't agree without a huge extra payment.Even then we left because it was so horrid.A bad name to the hospitality industry I must say so.PLEASE DO NOT STAY THERE.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
