First of all Mussoorie is a place where taxi cars are not allowed in many places. So before you book please check those rules. This hotel is one of them, as it is accessible only from the most busiest Mall Road I have ever seen. And the narrow road is so narrow that I don’t think any new driver would even be able to manage to reach here without a few scathes on his car! The hotel by itself once you reach is nice, from the old English times. The rooms are big and spacious. Staff is helpful, smiling. Sleep quality is not that good, as first of all there is ekdum peace and quiet around the place, so any tourists who come and go are very audible. Plus, the room walls are probably not that thick, so sound travels between rooms. The food is not that good in the restaurant so skip that for sure. Go for the highest category, the room on the first floor with a small balcony, and a small sit out too, that’s the best view plus a little away also, but just one of its kind!

Ilbert manor is an amazing hotel in the Queen if Hills mussurie uttarakhand. Located at the prime location at mall road. The property is located at a very sweet location just a 10 minutes walk from the busy but prime mall road. The rooms are very well maintained and they have a great Raj era heritage theme if you're into it. The food they serve is also really good They have a game room with snooker table, chess etc. The staff is very friendly and they have a free round the clock shuttle service for their guests to and fro the mall. I'd recommend this hotel to you all.

The location could be tricky especially if you have kids or older people with you but that's not an issue cuz they have their own driver to drop and pick up services till the main road. Rest the place is beautifully eerie and lavish. You can sense the Royalty. The service is amazing. And their break alu poori is a must eat..

Hotels , food, staff, service all are fanatics, only the concern point is entry from Mall road to hotel, very narrow thats why I feel price should be around 5000/- not more

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
