I stayed at Royal Paradise on 18 and 19 Jan 24. I booked Deluxe Family Room. The room was neat and clean. Overall service is very good. Staff members specifically Nisha Roy who managed my stay was very polite and cooperative. Rest of the staff was also very good, cooperative, polite and helpful. Overall I enjoyed this trip. Appreciate to royal paradise staff for their support during my stay

It was wonderful stay at Royal Paradise.Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was very kind and helpful including receptionist Miss Nisha. It was my Anniversary so they had made lovely arrangement foe that I felt it very special for me.

The hotel is at a walking distance to the Nagaon beach. The rooms are average but have an attached balcony which is good. The food is also good. The staff is very bipin 👌🏻co-operative provide good service. Over all very good experience.

Amazing place to stay with great food and service.We stayed in swimming view with big balcony room..It was really a great experience in evening to enjoy your quality time in such spacious balcony.. Swimming pool was also clean and small pool available for kids.served fish items all are fresh and mouth licking..Cleaning and hotel atmosphere was good. Hotel manager Nisha taken care well of us for all our requirements.Service boy was available in single call and nice service.

Location in nearby to Nagaon beach. Stylishly appointed rooms. Nice pool for both kids and family. On-site dining with a focus on local flavors. Complimentary Wi-Fi and big parking. Service was very nice my cloths were courier which I forgot.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
