I stayed in the Most Superior room at this property, but unfortunately, I found it to be very disappointing. There are a few significant disadvantages that I would like to highlight. Firstly, the check-in time is set at 2 PM, which I must say is quite disappointing. It would be more convenient if the check-in time was earlier to accommodate guests who arrive earlier in the day. Upon entering the room, I noticed that the blankets were not cleaned properly. To my dismay, I even found the presence of blood stains on them. This lack of cleanliness is highly concerning and raises questions about the overall hygiene standards of the property. Furthermore, the towels provided in the toilet were also not cleaned adequately. It was evident that there was a lack of hygiene maintenance, which is quite disappointing, especially in a room that is supposed to be superior. The television in the room is a relic from the 80s, characterized by its grainy picture quality and limited channel selection. It lacks the modern amenities and features that most people expect from a television in today's age. However, despite its shortcomings, this property does offer one redeeming quality - its prime location. Situated in the heart of MG Road, it provides convenient access to the most happening places in the area. One aspect of this property that stood out to me was the helpfulness of the staff. In particular, the uncle at the reception and the housekeeping boy went out of their way to assist me during my stay. Their friendly demeanor and willingness to assist with any requests made my experience more enjoyable. However, it is important to note that this property may not be suitable for those seeking hygienic accommodations. While the staff's helpfulness was commendable, the overall cleanliness of the place left much to be desired. For individuals who prioritize cleanliness and hygiene, it may be wise to consider other options. In conclusion, while this property may have its drawbacks such as an outdated television and limited channel options, it compensates for it with its central location and helpful staff. However, for those who prioritize cleanliness and hygiene, it may be advisable to explore alternative accommodations.

Had a very good experience staying at this hotel. Rooms are clean, well maintained and super comfortable. Staff is very cooperative, friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to the metro station and navigating from the hotel to popular attractions was very easy even for people who have come to the city for the first time. Eateries too are available nearby at walking distance. We had an evening train so we left our luggage in their cloak room. Due to some delays, our schedule had become super tight and didn't have enough time to go to the hotel and pick up our luggage. The staff were very understanding of our situation and sent our luggage to the station immediately. We are super thankful to the staff for their quick response and wonderful service. Thank you so much.

I recently stayed at The Imperial Regency and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s elegant decor, attentive staff-especially the lady at the front desk during the day, Mr. Jose at the front desk during the night , and comfortable rooms made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend The Imperial Regency for anyone seeking a top-notch hotel experience

Rooms are not hygienic. I found some insects are there. Doesn't clear properly. bad atmosphere. There is no window views.i feel someone locked me at jail.bad experience are there. The wifi connection was poor!I can't connected with wifi . No restaurents are available here.we orders two bottles of water.but they forgot about it. Feel insecure. Feels irritating sometimes because there is no fresh air. Reception is just ok.

Stayed 2 nights. Right next to MG road metro. Clean room, but towels were a bit old and unclean. Courteous staff. Can take Metro connector bus from COK airport to Aluva metro. Then take Kochi Metro from there to MG road metro to reach here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
