Good ambience but extremely poor and rude hospitality by their staff, especially the front desk. If you are planning a marriage here, then you are good to go. You will be treated like royalty. However, if you have a vacation planned, you will be disappointed and there are far better places, like the Taj just adjacent to this one. Staff at the reception don't care about anything. Like upon arrival, forget about the welcome drink, we had to ask for water thrice from the reception before they arranged it for us. We had an early morning flight, reached the resort at 9Am and asked the front desk to arrange the rooms for us when we get back. We were assured that it will be done by 12PM. We came back after sight seeing around 3PM completely exhausted and the rooms were still not ready! Had an argument with them then and there and they took an additional 30 to 40 mins to get it done. They did not even bother delivering the luggage to our rooms! Had to call reception thrice again, wasted 30 mins still no luggage delivered as we had to change. Ultimately, we had to go to the reception and then they sent the luggage to our rooms as they were busy with people who had booked the hotel for marriage. And the nightmare did not end here. Our package included Tea and snacks. However, the manager at the Saffron area was incredibly rude. We came for tea however to our surprise, nothing was arranged. We asked the manager about this and were told that he will get it arranged but we can either choose sandwiches or cookies with our tea but our package had Tea, coffee, sandwiches and cookies included. Had to convince and show him the package details and he sarcastically arranged for them. My sister was ill that day and I requested him if we could take some stuff to room but he refused and said that it's complimentary and cannot be taken outside, then started telling about their rules. We wanted to argue and let him know that those are included in our package and are not complimentary, we have paid for it!! But the stuff they provided, after 30 mins of waiting was garbage anyways so we thought we would order room service but surprise! You cannot order room service before 7 PM. WHAT KIND OF PEOPLE ARE RUNNING THIS PLACE?! ARE THEY AWARE THAT THEY ARE WORKING IN HOSPITALITY BUSINESS? If I would have been running this place, I would have instantly let go of these people at the front desk and Saffron because after we were treated with such a bad service, they did NOT EVEN SAY SORRY ONCE, JUST STARED WITH BLANK FACES! I travel a lot, sometimes with friends, sometimes with family and sometimes alone. So naturally I have a lot of patience but man their poor service was continuous throughout our short 3 day trip. The only positive is this place looks good and people at Angithi were great. They took our feedback but I don't know what became of that. 1/5 will never visit here again and will not recommend it to my circle. Just save yourself the trouble and visit other hotels/ resorts. We stayed in room no. 406 and 407 from 17th to 19th December 2023.

Indana palace is a lovely hotel with a combination of heritage and luxury. It is a beautiful property and spacious rooms. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I visited with my family and my daughter enjoyed the place a lot. Food is good as well. Special thanks to Mr.Arunakar and Chef Mr.Negi for the wonderful experience. Would definitely recommend to everyone looking for a good yet affordable property near Jaipur.
