Nice place for a wedding. The rooms are big, nice and clean. The hotel itself is pretty. The pool is amazing. The food is average. But super expensive taxi services they have. Rest it was good

Very good hotel. However, Uber / Ola becomes a pain during late evenings - even during the day, they ask for supplemental charges - more like a norm for jodhpur, further accentuated for this particular hotel. Spacious rooms. Prompt service. Decent breakfast - not so good lunch / dinner buffets.

Worstest Hotel I experienced they even don't give respect to any event company members. If you have any other choices for hotel then I personally recommend choose another hotel not this.

Horrible experience at d indyana jodhpur we were virtually thrown out of the hotel room at as early as 9 am. Anonymous luggage was placed ourt side our door and d next guest barged in to our rooms asking us when we will vacant d room as d hotel had promised an early check in to them.when we complaint to the hotel authority some mr shyam warned us of consequences it's a scary place as the authorities are goons they refused to call the locat tourist officer so being scared we just walked off as we were with kids Pls think twice before u book this property

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Angithi restaurant in Hotel Indana Palace Jodhpur and wanted to express my appreciation for the beautiful dining experience and the way the staff managed to provide us a table inspite of the fact that we were walk in and had not reserved a table,The buffet had an array of cuisines which was scrumptious,minus the starters. However, I must bring to your attention a matter that slightly overshadowed our enjoyment. As a defence personnel member, I was informed about a 20 percent discount on Food and Beverage (F&B) at your establishment. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to learn that this discount was not applicable to the buffet but only to the à la carte menu. I would like to understand the rationale behind categorizing the discount in such a way, as it seems counterintuitive to limit it to specific dining options. Many high-end hotels in Jodhpur offer a more inclusive approach to this discount, considering the significant Cantonment area nearby. Given the proximity of your hotel to the Cantonment residential area, we were hopeful for a more consistent and inclusive policy. I believe a uniform application of the 20 percent concession for defence personnel across all dining options would enhance the overall experience for those who serve our country. This adjustment would also encourage continued patronage, especially from residents in the Cantonment area, even during off-peak seasons. I appreciate your attention to this matter and trust that you will consider aligning your discount policy with the expectations of defence personnel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
