This wonderfully curated, unique property is a delight to stay in. Well anointed rooms with a blend of modern comforts & traditional design. I stay tour for a day. The buffet spread both during lunch & dinner were decent. I enjoyed the traditional Bharatanatyam performance by an upcoming artiste at the premises but were blown away by the live violin performance at the dinner table. The hotel’s owner Mr. Steve has one of the most interesting personal museums that I have encountered. I will definitely come back to this place. I enjoyed our stay.

The place is really traditional and authentic for the name and the cultural heritage it carries. Breakfast was out of the world, there was so much variety and quantity. A perfect luxurious experience in a temple town. A must stay for everyone. Totally worth it. The staff were so polite and friendly. The rooms were fabulous. Thanks IndEco for this experience.

I and my spouse stayed at Indeco Hotel, Swamimalai, in Room no 125, on January 9th and 10th 2024. On the whole, it was a unique experience. We appreciate all the painstaking efforts to recreate homes of previous eras and to fill them with antiques, period furniture and fittings. The staff service and courtesy was also excellent. Some feedback which would serve to enhance the guest experience at this hotel. They have used period switches and plugs made of Bakelite along with matching light fittings in the room. That is fine. However, while the switches mostly function without much trouble, the plug points are not very appropriate for modern technological requirements like cellphone chargers. Those plugs were meant for old style radios, table and pedestal fans and not for mobile and laptop chargers, So there is a lot of loose contact issues involved while using them. I had to struggle for nearly a quarter of an hour to set the phone chargers and to verify that the charging was going on without disruption. I am sure that they can reconsider changing the plug points alone to suit current day requirements. Quaintness and exotic nature cannot come at the cost of guest comfort and convenience. When power supply was disrupted due to some reason or the other, the lag time for taking over by the generator took a bit too long. It should be almost simultaneous, with minimum change over time. When the power resumed, the change over was quite fast. The same should be the case when it is disrupted. When their guests pay upward of Rs 6000 (80 $ approximately) and odd per day for their accommodation, I am sure they have the right to expect appropriate service of that standard.

Stayed 4nights on Sep 2023 Location - hotel situated in nice location, no noisy street, we loved it & felt homely. Food & services - traditional food, and it’s nice & the service personal are very friendly. Room - A traditional interior design, comfortable and not overly fancy. The kinds of furniture, textiles, color palettes, and decor used in designing these rooms, bring us to past memories of those days. We had morning walk before breakfast, was amazing & breathtaking view, with so much sculpture & crafted items. We will definitely comeback here. We enjoyed our stay. Great hotel

Very worst hospitality. Giving more importance to foreigners than the own citizen. We went for a vacation and I already informed them we need a wheelchair support but I need to request them more than once everytime to bring the wheel chair while going out or going to restaurant. No welcome drink served as mentioned already. No support to carry baggages. No proper information given on the timing and facilities. TV didn't worked in one of the room. Inspite of charging 8500 for each room, one room has hair dryer but another room didn't had. When we were taking bath in pumpset, it was switched off without giving proper information and we requested more than twice to switch it ON. We went to breakfast at 10AM, they had very limited items. We need to request for dosa and Puri. We as a guest need to feel like star hotel or leisure resort inspite of just having the status. They have tie-up with many travel agency who is bringing lot of foreigners and the management seems to be happy with this since we will not come regularly. My father wished to visit here and inspite of spending nearly 30k for a single day we didn't had a good time here.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
