I recently stayed at IRA by Orchid Mumbai, and while the hotel's location is convenient for business visitors and airport layovers, I was disappointed with certain aspects. The rooms did not meet the specifications of the parent group, and considering the room price, the discrepancy was notable. Upon entering, the room was small, old, and had an unpleasant odor, creating a less-than-ideal first impression. Moreover, all four lifts were working at a frustratingly slow pace. The reception staff lacked warmth, as they interacted with guests without smiling. This contributed to an overall sense of disappointment during my stay. However, the saving grace was the outstanding buffet breakfast. The food was amazing, and the layout was well-designed. Surprisingly, the restaurant staff, including the manager, stood out for their friendliness and dedication. The restaurant manager was continuously guiding the staff and even personally serving guests, which significantly enhanced the dining experience. In summary, while IRA by Orchid Mumbai has its drawbacks, the excellent buffet breakfast and commendable restaurant staff provide a silver lining to the overall stay experience.

Rooms were quite spacious and smelled good, the hotel is right next to apna dhaba and quite close by to airport, so it's ideal location if u want to stay close to airport before flying. We ordered room service, tomato ananus soup and dryfruit sheere both really were pleasantly delicious. Brunch option is only available on weekends so couldn't try it.

The whole room was wet when I woke up! I paid 12k for maybe the worst hotel I have ever ever stayed in. I don’t even know how the floor could be so wet. My clothes were damp. Oh the sheets oh my god! There was dust accumulated. The bathrooms are a joke. I mean for the price? Even cheaper hotels don’t have wet floors. I won’t blame the staff but the corporate should either put more money into this hotel or close it down cos it’s a big scam! I would like to rate it negative 5. Please find another hotel and stay away from this massive scam.

This is one of the most pathetic experiences I had staying in a hotel! Horrible experience started with check- in and continued till next day check-out! As I checked in, room door was broken, toilet was extremely dirty and unhygienic and I took an hour to get this fixed after several calls to reception and duty manager! First hour after check in , I spent an hour with hotel staff and duty manager in night, bar manager gave me another tough time as they argued endlessly! 10k for night with this worst experience, you can imagine by what kind 4 star hole is this! Never ever stay in this place!

Hotel from outside looks good but inside the Hotel reality is different. Rooms are shabby services are very poor & to top it up food quality is also not upto the mark. Even washrooms are certainly not upto to the mark !!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
