We stayed at Issac hotel for a night during our Wayanad visit. Here goes the review: It is located at the heart of the Sultan Bathery town. There is ease of access to restaurants and malls from here. However the place definitely needs a major revamp and the stay experience can be improved better. The check-in process was very smooth. The staff were good. However the rooms were not light bright and damp. There was no proper ventilation. The bathroom was smelly and did not have a proper exhaust. The towels provided were very old and smelly. For a budget booking the place is fine but if you are planning to visit here during holidays, the price is not worth the experience.

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. The room was absolutely disgusting and infested with bed bugs. To make matters worse, the bathroom knob was locked, leaving us with no choice but to use the common bathroom near the reception. It took them a frustrating 3 hours to fix the bathroom knob, and even then, the room had an unbearable smell afterward. I would strongly advise against staying here.

Good hotel with Affordable rate. Rooms and the quality are very good. The staff's are very friendly and kind. There are theater, mall and KFC at the same compound which make the hotel more comfortable. Highly Recommended 👌🏻

Located at prime location. Have access to all places. The swimming pool is neat and good. The cost is also nominal.

Hotel policy is like cheating. if you going to check in midnight they asked same price.check out time is 12 pm. so what is the logic is this.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
