Overall, it’s a great hotel. Reasonably priced, very clean and best location in Munnar because it’s at the junction of 3 major routes that take you in and around Munnar. You spend less time in traffic on your trip. Pros: Bathrooms and breakfast. My topmost ask from a good hotel is a comfortable bed and a clean functional bathroom with running hot water and ease of use. Their bathrooms are squeaky clean and there’s a heavenly shower inside. 100 out of 100. Breakfast is amazing and was the perfect way to start our days. Breakfast staff specially is very courteous and goes out of the way to accommodate you. Cons: Reception and housekeeping staff. They need a lesson in hospitality. We were asked to pay 500 for an extra key we thought we lost (but later found). But despite their best effort to offset an otherwise great stay, I think this hotel is outstanding and top notch comfort-wise.

I have stayed here recently and it was not a good experience for me. I have booked the room well in advance by calling them. They told me to pay an amount as advance and I did the same. They sent the receipt and booking confirmation with the details of the balance amount that I need to pay at the time of check in. On the day of check in, when I reached the hotel, the persons sitting at the reception were talking each other for some time regarding my booking and asked me to wait for some time. After that they told like the amount mentioned in the receipt is not correct and they need more tax to be paid for the booking. I asked them why they are asking me to pay more even though they agreed on the rates earlier and sent the receipt for the same. They discussed for some more time and asked me to wait again. After some time, their manager came and he also told me to pay the amount. I never felt it as a good behaviour from the manager. I was travelling with my family including 2 kids. I paid the amount after showing a little bit of hesitations from my side . I have gone through some of the reviews of this hotel and in response for a few of them, the GM is asking to give them a second chance to serve better. Please make sure of the customer satisfaction at the first time itself before asking the customers for a second chance because this is a customer oriented business and customers are the king here. Normally I don't like to put a negative review, but the situations here forced me to do so.

It was an awesome experience staying at the hotel.The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean, will definitely consider staying here again. The complimentary breakfast was commendable. We loved it. The staff was very helpful and prompt. The check-in and check-out was smooth. Overall a good experience.

Stayed here one night with my mom in a premium room. The room was super clean and bathroom as well, and the service was really good. Breakfast buffet was diverse and plentiful, dinner was super tasty and staff were very accomodating. Special thanks to a smiling young man at the restaurant who was super kind and attentive :) doing best to make us feel well served. Would definitely come back

This is a relatively inexpensive place to have a beer in Munnar. The beer was very cold and delicious. They have a good range of beers and spirits. No gin unfortunately. You can look out the window at the hills. The staff are very helpful and charming. The toilets were very clean and well appointed.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
