Very bad service and hospitality, stayed for 2 days and have been disturbed always, every day key problem, we request them on 2d day DO NOT clean our room, becouse we want some privacy, they didn’t hear us stil went inside, the worst thing last day 4am they went inside our room when we (2 foreigner girls) were sleeping without clothes and telling us to check out! Woke us up. When we told him to leave they keep on calling saying: sorry your friends told us all rooms are checked out. Really? You don’t know how to count people? Or manage your hotel? Why you need to wake people up to tell them sorry? Very bad experience…

The Rooms were nice and comfortable. But the Fan was making huge noise when starting and switching off. The Food was also good had plenty of south Indian options in the Breakfast. The location is best part at the city center.

Why bad rooms and bathrooms were smiling literally bad and we told them to clear the bathroom but thy had not done it and they took high price for the room, staff were also soo bad they where not kindly answering to ours services. Worst service and worst hotel

Stayed in the club room. It's worth the money especially for the location. Close to most facilities and tourist spots. We stayed for two days and the service was decent. Rooms are maintained decently. Breakfast menu is limited but worth for the money and avoiding the morning hassle to find an eatery. But charging differently for the same breakfast to different type rooms is unwelcoming. You have nandana palace just in the next door and one Udupi restaurant down the street which serves good food. Parking is on the street and it's full most times. Security guards assist with securing a spot though. Best suited for one or two day casual stay.

Worst room with no accommodation s and zero maintenance and zero staff maintenance really never ever come to this stay again highly recommend for not to book this hotel it will cost double for nothing this review to caution before booking this hotel that too with family you will really horrible.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
