Very good corporate serviced apartments. good hospitality here. Breakfast was amazing, the dinner may be not so much though. The staff at the reception and for room service is great. Shout out to the kitchen staff who deal with all sorts of requests with such ease. The house keeping is good. The WiFi in general does not work well at all though. Overall, a good stay in a very decent society as well.

Wonderful place to stay, neat clean super comfy rooms. You get the feel of luxury as soon as you enter the rooms. They keep the guests well pampered and they go the extra mile to make sure the guests are happy. True Indian hospitality, not like other foreign brands of five stars where discrimination shows. Will always prefer a ITC branded hotel for the respect shown to Us Indians.

A very disappointing stay. It was obvious the hotel management had accepted way more weddings than they could accommodate. It took 20 mins to even get seated for breakfast and it was such a stressful experience, like a fish market. The staff tried their best, only the greedy hotel management can be blamed. Avoid at all costs during Dec.

Excellent and efficient service, quick room service and housekeeping, delicious and variety of vegetarian food, great ambiance and five minutes drive to T-2 airport. Stayed for two days on a holiday trip. Worth the money spent.

It’s a nice hotel but not all areas are kid friendly which is annoying when you are traveling with family. They will also ask for every person’s ID that will be staying on property so be prepared for that. They also take pictures and log it in their system.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
