1* for not Being polite to customers Understanding the people situation will help customers to book and relax during stay. Receptionist or I don’t know his name but his behaviour is very rude and this happened around 3 AM . We recently booked for accommodation for 3 persons and he didn’t allow third person inside and intentionally made us to book another room. It’s very concerning that being in prime location they should provide proper hospitality to customers. I would like to request to take this seriously and action on that person.

At the time of Check out, the power is gone and we have a requirement with power to get ready, when we approached management to switch on the power back up, they dint responded properly and saying that your check out time is done, asked to leave. That is not good to hear from the management. We expect some proper response from them. Apart from this everything is good. Thanks Treebo for providing nice and clean hotels for our stay.

Never experienced before such a customer delight at the reception. Agoda and treebo didn't bother to help us and left us homeless but the people at the reception gave us a solution and I was delighted by the way they handled the situation. God bless you Itsy inn guys. I recommend this property as the best property in this range. Doesn't have a restaurant, nothing to eat or drink except water, but their are restaurants near by and parcel service is very convenient. 5 stars to the property and 10 stars to the staff.

Room was neat and clean. But for two guests they provided only one chair. Remote control for TV wasn't available in the room. After repeated request only they gave the remote. They mentioned that Continental breakfast would be provided but in practice they served very poor quality of South Indian breakfast.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
