One of the hotels i would like to visit again. Rooms very clean and maintained clean even without requesting when ur stay is more than a day. Staff's are well trained with on time service and hospitality. Perfect where you won't be disturbed unnecessarily and with perfect view rooms.

I was stayed here only 1 night and I really appreciate the way of talking of staff.. very much trained staff. Best property for family and couples. No noise no nuisance. Big rooms with sofa and tables. Bathroom was so clean and big. Breakfast was so much tastier and variety in snacks.❤️

Nice hotel located in the middle of city. Locality is good and peaceful. All tourism places are located within 4-5 km. Room are beautiful and clean . City view from room looks great. Staff is polite, supportive and helpful. Overall had a great Experience.

They lack basic security. Once we have gone out they stole things from your room using spare keys. They even deny doing so and when we asked for video they are delaying to provide it to us. Worst experience ever. If you don't want this to happen to you then don't even think about coming to this place Manager here is rude and has no manner at all. Never recommending this hotel to anyone who is visiting udaipur

We recently stayed in this property. It is highly recommended for the stay and food, specially if you are a vegetarian. The staff here was very cooperative and courteous. It is a bit away from the main area in Udaipur but totally worth it

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
