They provide adequate comfort and sanitation under Treebo Hygiene Shield safety standards at pocket-friendly prices. The hotel can be easily accessed through Visakhapatnam Bus Stand (1.6 km), Visakhapatnam Railway Station (1.8 km) and Visakhapatnam International Airport (10.3 km). Itsy By Treebo - Eesha Elite is a hotel that provides guests with all the essential amenities like free WiFi, complimentary breakfast of Maharashtrian and South Indian cuisines and third-party laundry services. However, the hotel did not have an in-house restaurant. Other amenities that they come with are an iron board, a fully stocked pantry and an elevator. The hotel also has a gorgeously furnished lobby, provisions to accept online payments, prompt room services and 24x7 security. The hotel has a total of 28 rooms that are categorised into Acacia (Economy), Oak (Standard) and Maple (Deluxe). These are splendidly furnished rooms with Single beds in Acacia, Queen beds in Oak and King beds in Maple, a wardrobe, a study table/chair and a coffee table. Each of the rooms has a smoking room and windows. They also come with amenities like an intercom facility, provisions for hot water, T.V, A.C, fan, room lock and complimentary Treebo toiletries. When I arrived at the hotel my first impression was that the title didn't match with the appearence. However, the room allotted to me was decent, neat and we'll maintained. The facilities provided were decent enough. The bathroom was well maintained, the water facility was good, I got warm water which is usually missing in most hotels. There was a balcony provided, so I could watch the Street if I got bored staying in the room. The complimentary breakfast was decent and the tea was quite good. The property owner and the staff were polite, responsive and helpful. However, there was one complaint - the TV showed nothing but news channels. To be Frank, I didn't have much time to watch anything anyway but it would have been nice to see something other than news. My overall experience was quite satisfactory considering that I stayed for only 15 hours. If you are looking for a hotel with a decent enough budget and reasonable facilities, Eesha Elite is the one for you. I would suggest this property to those looking for a comfortable stay in a decent budget.

excellent hotel to stay with family it's in the heart of the city very nearer to railway station and bus station. Staff was supportive their service was impeccable, Breakfast was complimentary with 2 items, Tea kettle was there in room and they also provided evening snacks complimentary,cleanliness was very good and they maintained a 2 star standards. But i don't understand why they have some negative reviews even after giving such good services and amenities..

I went to this hotel for 3 nights. Initially was sceptical as I was travelling with my family. But below is the feedback after a detailed stay and experience. HIDDEN GEM IN VIZAG !! Location - Easy to find. Well located. Centrally located transport, Shopping & Site seeing. Staff - Welcoming, attentive and mostly smiling that created a good environment. Rooms - Very neat and tidy. Well maintained, spacious & comfortable. Linen - Clean, fresh and crisp Amenities - Well equipped, Good quality and mostly everything was provided. Ambience - Updated and decent Breakfast provision was good but can be improved. Can't expect a Sauna, Jaccuzi or Gym for the room price paid. So no comments on that. Overall was a good, pleasant, safe and comfortable stay. I give this hotel a 5 Star !!

Most underrated hotel everything was good its like a 1star intelligent well maintained with free snacks in the evening and complimentary breakfast in the morning, Tea kettle with unlimited refilling with free 1ltr M.water per day in Rs.1,200 rent

Rooms were not clean during check in. Owner added unwarranted costs to our final bill. This is not expected from a treebo affiliated hotel. Would'nt recommend staying this place to anyone.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
