Had a great time ! place was quite calm, unlike hotels this place located in between their cofee plantation felt which was nice. Breakfast was very nice served kodava traditional dishes for us. "With minimum expectations you can have some great time". Thanks for the great accomodation sir ...see you again.

- On first day of our stay, they have given a room which was not cleaned properly (especially bathroom). It smells bad too. They have allotted two rooms for a family of five in two different homes. Though both are in same compound, my parents were bit worried since the adjacent room to theirs was occupied by some strangers and they felt it would be better if the host would have provided adjacent rooms under one roof. On second day, they have given adjacent rooms upon request. - Hosts are money minded (charged 100rs as service charge for a cake we ordered for my kid's birthday through their known baker) - We had forgotten to take chocolates we purchased from coorg. After traveling around 30 kms, we called the host and asked about the same. He first told that the chocolates are found in the room and asked where exactly we are traveling. Once we asked to send it through courier, he could have simply refused to send. We could have travelled back and get it ourselves. Due to language barrier, we couldn't understand what he said at first. But he suddenly changed his statement and told that he will check the room and tell us. Later, he called us and told that he didn't find any items in the rooms we stayed. We know it was our mistake to forget it at first place but isn't it the good manners of the host to tell the truth?

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Allaranda Homestay for my birthday celebration, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, the owner of the property was incredibly kind, supportive, and attentive to our needs. One highlight of our stay was the delicious home-cooked breakfast that was served each morning. It was evident that the owner took great pride in preparing the meals, as they were not only tasty but also made with love. I highly recommend Allaranda Homestay to anyone seeking a tranquil retreat away from the city. Thank you to the owner for creating such a memorable stay for us. We will definitely be back!

This place is well maintained, clean and run by two wonderful people. We really enjoyed our 2 night stay here. Delicious local Breakfast was served (pics attached) Enough parking is available and the major tourist attractions are in close proximity of the location. Beds are comfy, housekeeping is provided and limited toiletries are available.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
