The hotel staff is quite helpful and the rooms are small but maintained very well. The neighborhood is very well connected to all integral parts of Mumbai. The complimentary breakfast is very helpful for travellers like me and the price is the best in this area - it hardly gets cheaper than this for such a good property. The location might seem a bit inside and initially hard to locate but the hotel staff is able to guide all delivery people to your room at all times. Very safe area, especially for single female travellers and also definitely a very good first hotel experience for me.

I recently had a pleasant stay at cruz royale. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making me feel welcomed from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The hotel's central location made it convenient for exploring the city. I especially appreciated the prompt room service. Overall, a delightful experience.

This is not a hotel, more of a hostel. It’s very dirty and pretty much disgusting. Rats are running riot all over the place. The manager was not nice, very rude and arrogant. We were shown a room a room which was absolutely horrible. Avoid at all cost!!!!!

Overall my experience was good, the bedrooms are worth the money you pay, and also the location is perfect to explore mumbai, I would give 8/10 just because of the staff behaviour, the lady at the front desk was quite rude and full of attitude, The next day after my check in, it was raining and I asked them an umbrella just to get some things from outside, but they straight away said they couldn't give even though they had few of 'em, Lol just for an umbrella Haha, Anyways last but not the least the House keeping staff is excellent, whatever you wish you get it at your doorstep on time

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
