The room was prebooked and when reached, said there is no booking. Then called the person who took the call and managed to give another room. Room washroom was not cleaned properly, AC didn't work and nobody attended. Asked for a extra pillow but gave one cushion. Broken open door in the balcony. Car parking on road side. Charged more than what agreed while booking. So not recommended at all.

I booked through treebi spacious Room for 15/11 and 27/11. On 15/11 the room given was just ok but on 27/11 very small room was given though I paid higher amount Staff not at all cooperative and no one has little smile on face and don't answer you. No RO water and even a cup or glass in room Room service not attended. Only because it's close to highway I preferred. No value for money. Though treebo helped me the staff didn't shift us and asked more money

I visited this hotel on 01/May/2023. The hotel rooms are maintained well and clean, staffs are good on behavior. Ample parking outside the hotel in the street. Suddenly morning at 4am power gone and best part is they don't have power backup. So no AC or fan can be ON. The hotel did not even have packaged drinking water for sale. I felt sorry for myself and my kid and wife that I booked this hotel and put them in such a bad situation.! Rest all is good. My suggestion for visitors is not to book this hotel and suggestion for hotel members is please improve few things so customer will feel happy after staying at your hotel. We are paying a good amount just to stay for few days, your good service will only help you. Thanks.

This hotel is a wonderful place to stay. I had a very good hospitality and food was very nice. The service was very prompt and workers were proactive. My earpods accidentally fell into the lift pit, I requested them to help me out. The receptionist was humble and called the lift repair guy immediately. He provided the earpods within an hour. I felt very happy for the responsibility of these people towards the customers.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
