Hotel is filled with cockroaches in washroom and also in room beds. Linen is old. Pillow covers and bedsheets are also very old and torn. Couches are also bad. Breakfast is served at your door anytime after 8 so they would wake you up if you are sleeping. If you order anything they don't serve that. They will make some excuse and give whatever they have ready. Very bad experience. People talking in hallway can be heard inside the room and vice versa.

Galaxy Suits Hebbal is a descent place to stay. I stayed in this hotel for three days last month. Upkeep of the hotel is quite good. Employees working in the hotel are descent. Amongst all, Arif is very well behaved and obedient.

The hotel's ambiance strikes a perfect balance between comfort and style. The lobby is tastefully decorated, creating an inviting atmosphere that immediately put me at ease. The rooms are cozy and well-appointed, offering a relaxing retreat after a day of exploring the city. What truly sets apart is its exceptional staff. Throughout my stay, every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. From the front desk staff who swiftly checked me in to the housekeeping team that kept my room impeccably clean, I felt genuinely cared for. The dining experience was another highlight of my stay. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes that catered to different tastes. The breakfast spread was impressive, providing a great start to each day. Location-wise. couldn't be better situated. Its central location allowed me to easily access key attractions and explore the city without any hassle.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
