Hotel Room is okay okay, not bad at all. So much quiet place. If you expect balcony then no balcony is available here. This hotel is 2-3 km away from main points like bus stand, railway station, Rose garden and Ooty lake etc. Breakfast is good which is complementary. Wardrobe is available but so smiley when you open it and there is no lock, better not to use it. Instead use the provided table for your belongings to keep if need. TV is available but only free channels come. Geyser is available in the bathroom for hot water, but don't expect hot water is available all the times as the Hotel Manager person has the control of geyser switch and he used to turn on and off. When I woke up morning and turn on the geyser switch, the geyser is not on. I had to literally go to the reception at very early morning and ask him about the same. Then he turn on the main geyser hub switch and told me that now you will get the hot water but wait for 20 minutes until water gets heat. And the other observation about the room service is that the bed sheets are not changing the next day instead they just clean the room and neatly fold the bed sheets. As part of the room service they won't keep general soap and paste in the bathroom. You have to go to the reception and ask for the same, then they will give it to you by hand. When it comes to parking they have a limited parking availability. Up to 5 cars can be fit at parking lot of Hotel. When you reach hotel and if all parking lots are filled, then you have to be Park adjacent to the road at hotel. Credit card is not available during the check out, you have to pay via either any UPI or CASH. Hotel Manager don't want to make the payment to the link sent by Treebo during the check out.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
