        Our experience was more than terrible if I can describe. However, I want to only summarize 1. Was trying to reach someone at the hotel from the Train Station, there was no response from the phone listed till 8:00 am 2. The person answering was not able to communicate properly while trying to be polite, they were barely understandable. 3. We asked for options regarding early check-in, response was very curt and impolite 4. We wanted to use a washroom - this property does not have a common washroom, however one of the person in our group had an urgent need to use the washroom, after pleading, they agreed for us to use a washroom which they said is staff washroom on 3rd floor. 5. When we went to the 3rd floor, we understood the reason why they were not able to communicate properly - there were liquor bottles strewn all over and probably the folks could have been sloshed. We enquired when they can allocate our room - the person answering was not clear if it could be 11 or 12 or whatever as they need time when the occupants will vacate. They will allocate a room on 1st floor is what they mentioned 6. We were lucky to have some acquaintances in Chennai so we took their help to freshen up ourselves and arrived at noon, they gave us a room on the Ground floor and surprisingly we found 2 to 3 rooms vacant. We were in for a shock as the room had a pungent smell from Cigarette Smoke. When we asked is this a smoking room, again the communication was very ambiguous. We asked them for room fragrance spray but it was of no use because the smell was very strong 7. The hotel is in Anna Nager, near to Velacherry but accessibility is poor as reaching the place can be cumbersome with very narrow by lanes.it is a residence converted to hotel and the place could have been maintained well. In the morning at 7:00am on 26th January - a national holiday - it took us about 45mins to 1hrs to reach this place (from Central Train Station). It could be a pain on a weekday 8. Photographs accentuate the size and show that the areas are bigger, but they are tiny. Example: bathroom of the room they allotted to us is not even 3 feet wide - probably 2 feet wide it is. We could stand at the door and wash our hands in the wash basin. it is no where near to the train station or airport.. Also, the sofa in the lounge is discoloured, probably with sweat of the keepers and at least to us didn't look inviting - like the staff 8. We immediately left the room and hotel though we did not inform them about check out, we asked them to have the room cleaned and rid it of cigarette smell before we can come in again 9. We booked ourselves another hotel on Mount Road that has easy ingress and egress and far more accessible to frequently visited places in the city. 10 I WILL NOT recommend this place

        It was good stay, stayed here couple of time for business or client visit. Service was okay. Rooms were clean. But not that super clean. Bed sheets and pillow were dirty at the corners and some stains. Rooms can be more cleaner and recommending owner to keep some room freshners. Overall okay stay. Considering area and convenient location for my visit I may stay again.

        Nice place, nice locality , one thing I miss was intercomm. Kindly provide a nice receptionist relaying on North eastern boys will damage your reputation. Provide a small pantry for breakfast. The mobile number method is worse. I came with my daughter for entrance exam late in the afternoon on a working day tried to call the hotel for lunch no response. Thank god swiggy and zomato saved my day. Kindly provide porcelain plate not paper plate. The building needs some renovation.

        Horrible staff. The place looks decent from outside but is very dirty inside. Bathroom is unhygienic. Staff do not clean rooms properly and are reluctant to help. The sheets are stained and not washed properly. Staff is rude and inefficient. Over all bad experience would not recommend to anybody.

        The facility has been built with passion but the service and staff is horrible. They are rude and don’t maintain cleanliness. Overall bad experience. Bathroom doesn’t have a mirror or towel holder and is not hygienic. Bed sheets are stained and dirty. Do not recommend!

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
